Sustainable financial plans are even more critical in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and as agencies work to maintain compliance with Zero-Emission Vehicle mandates. AMMA supports agencies through developing operating and capital plans to support their multimodal services, developing budgets that anticipate various funding scenarios, and establishing policies, procedures and metrics to track performance.
The AMMA team applies sophisticated, time-tested budgeting techniques to the realities of small systems, rural services and specialized transportation programs to produce reliable multi-year budgets and capital plans. AMMA’s experience with TDA performance audits is reflected in our focus on performance-based budgeting.
