Nikita Bitra

Nikita strengthens AMMA’s project deliverables through graphic design, data visualization, and document formatting that transforms complex technical content into clear, accessible materials. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning (Urban Design emphasis) from Cal Poly Pomona and an Associate Degree in Architecture from Fullerton College. Her planning experience in Southern California includes municipal work with the City of Placentia.

Since joining AMMA Transit Planning in January 2026, Nikita has enhanced the firm’s work product through:

San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA)’s ADA Plan — Redesigned diagrams and improved document formatting for clarity and compliance

SBCTA’s Coordinated Plan — Developed graphics supporting regional transportation planning

SBCTA’s Safety Action Plan — Formatted plan and developed FTA Public Transportation Agency Safety Plans (PTASP)-aligned outline structure

Victor Valley (CA) 5310 Project Management Program — Created promotional flyers for federally funding call for projects

Western Riverside County (CA) Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Analysis — Visualized service schedules to identify peak demand and spatial gaps in the non-emergency medical transportation network

Nikita’s proficiency in ArcGIS, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Canva and other design tools enables AMMA to produce polished, reader-friendly deliverables that effectively communicate technical findings to diverse audiences.
